By using FixIt Fashion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

FixIt Fashion is an AI-powered clothing repair and upcycle assistant that:

• Analyses photos of damaged clothing
• Provides DIY repair instructions
• Suggests creative upcycle ideas
• Links to repair materials on Amazon (affiliate links)

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• One account per person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent security measures
• Share your account credentials with others

5. AI-Generated Content

• Repair instructions and upcycle ideas are AI-generated suggestions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of AI suggestions
• Always use common sense and appropriate safety precautions
• Results may vary based on actual garment condition
• We are not liable for any damage resulting from following AI suggestions

6. Subscriptions

• Free Plan: 3 scans per day, all core features
• Pro Plan: Unlimited scans, AI-generated previews, priority analysis
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings

7. Amazon Affiliate Links

• Material links redirect to Amazon with our affiliate tag
• As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases
• Prices and availability are determined by Amazon
• We do not guarantee product quality or suitability

8. Intellectual Property

• The app, its design, and AI models are our intellectual property
• User-uploaded photos remain the property of the user
• AI-generated content (repair ideas, upcycle suggestions, preview images) may be used freely by users for personal use

9. Data and Privacy

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app
• We use industry-standard security measures

10. Limitation of Liability

FixIt Fashion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Damage to clothing from following repair suggestions
• Inaccurate AI analysis results
• Third-party product quality (Amazon purchases)
• Service interruptions or data loss

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time using the in-app feature.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
