How many free scans do I get?

You get 3 free scans per day. This resets at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited scans.

What types of damage can the AI detect?

Our AI can identify torn seams, holes, broken zips, stains, worn elbows, faded colour, missing buttons, frayed hems, pilling, and stretched fabric.

Are the repair instructions safe to follow?

Our repair ideas are AI-generated suggestions. Always use common sense, appropriate tools, and follow basic safety precautions. We recommend adult supervision for tasks involving sharp tools like scissors or needles.

How do Amazon links work?

When we suggest materials for a repair, we include links to find them on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn a small commission from qualifying purchases — this doesn't affect the price you pay.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Account tab → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including scan history, favourites, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Account tab → Export My Data. This downloads all your data as a JSON file that you can save or share.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FixIt Fashion → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → FixIt Fashion → Cancel.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Your account reverts to the free plan. All your scan history and saved favourites remain accessible. You'll be limited to 3 scans per day.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), Row Level Security on our database, and encrypted-at-rest image storage. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What photos can I upload?

Only photos of clothing and fabric. Our content safety system screens all uploads and will reject inappropriate, violent, or non-clothing images. People holding or wearing clothing is fine.
